Adan Batista is a distinguished power systems and industrial application engineer with over 15 years of experience across mission-critical, industrial, and government facility environments.

As the Vice President of Engineering Services at High Desert Critical Energy in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Adan is key to the power distribution and control systems design team.

Throughout his career, Adan has established a reputation for translating complex engineering requirements into practical, field-ready solutions. His extensive background includes serving as a Regional Industrial Application Engineer at Crescent Electric Supply Company, where he supported a four-state territory with expertise in low-voltage power distribution, industrial automation, and SCADA systems. He has also held key application engineering roles at Siemens/Russelectric, Vertiv/Liebert, Eaton Corporation, and B&M Machinery Co., specializing in switchgear, UPS systems, PLCs, and variable frequency drives.

Adan began his professional journey as an Electrical Engineer at Jacobs Technology, where he supported NASA’s Johnson Space Center with facility power distribution designs and arc-flash coordination studies.

Adan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses advanced technical proficiency in AutoCAD, PLC programming, and power systems design.
